Microsoft Business Central 365

Since April 2019, Microsoft Dynamics NAV has been replace by Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365. It is a comprehensive all-in-one enterprise information system for small and middle businesses.

Improvements mainly concern:

new artificial intelligence

view on customer for anyone - from non-technical users to analytical and data engineers, e.g. marketing reports, loyalty offers, ...

virtual agent for customer center - simple creation of virtual agents with the support of artificial intelligence to automate solve of common problems and requests without data knowledge and programming

product visualization (in iOS preview) - enables vendors to showcase and customize products in their real environment (key e.g. in manufacturing, healthcare or automotive)

remote assistant (in Android preview) - allows employees to collaborate from anywhere, enabling them to solve problems faster

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Since December 2016 is available a new version of the product Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is a cloud-based solution that combines the functionality of the ERP system and the CRM system. Of course it allows connection with Office 365. Available are also mobile apps for phones and tablets.

The system is divided into several areas, each including different functionalities. That way you can set up only those functionalities you really need. These are areas:

Sales - includes functionality to manage information about customers, sales processes, marketing campaigns, etc.

Customer Service - provides services for the customer service center (call center, service desk), communication with customers, solution requirements, cases, etc.

Operations - includes functionality for production, storage, transport, etc.

Finance - solutions finance for small and medium-sized companies

Project Services Automation - enables the management and planning of projects, resources, etc.

Field Service - provides tools for inventory management, work, contracts and invoicing, etc.

Marketing - includes functionality to marketing activities, reach customers through various communication channels, etc.
