Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018

Since December 2017 is available a new version of the ERP product Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018.

Improvements are related to:

  • integration with application Microsoft Power BI - availability to create charts and reports
  • direct connection to system Office
  • simple system setup - predefined data
  • simplified installation of Dynamics CRM - for using from inside Dynamics NAV
  • mobile access and cloud solutions - e.g. keyboard shortcuts in a web client
  • sales and purchase documents
  • inventory and jobs - e.g. yourself organization and classification of items
  • workflow approval settings
  • finance and fixed assets - e.g. categorization of general ledger accounts
  • user customization - switching views, views in different size

    Microsoft Dynamics 365

    Since December 2016 is available a new version of the product Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is a cloud-based solution that combines the functionality of the ERP system and the CRM system. Of course it allows connection with Office 365. Available are also mobile apps for phones and tablets.

    The system is divided into several areas, each including different functionalities. That way you can set up only those functionalities you really need. These are areas:

  • Sales - includes functionality to manage information about customers, sales processes, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Customer Service - provides services for the customer service center (call center, service desk), communication with customers, solution requirements, cases, etc.
  • Operations - includes functionality for production, storage, transport, etc.
  • Finance - solutions finance for small and medium-sized companies
  • Project Services Automation - enables the management and planning of projects, resources, etc.
  • Field Service - provides tools for inventory management, work, contracts and invoicing, etc.
  • Marketing - includes functionality to marketing activities, reach customers through various communication channels, etc.
