RTC client
In this case the access to the system is possible via installed client. This client is designed for users.
Development client
This client is only for system developers (administrators). It is intended for system customization, objects and license import, actions on databases, etc.
Web client
In this case the access to the system is possible via a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, etc..). There is no need to install any additional program, what means the minimum requirement for computer hardware.
Mobile client
In this case the access to the system is possible via mobile app installed on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, ...). The mobile app is available for all standard mobile systems (Android, iOS, etc.).
