Financial management
Module Financial management is a basic module of the system, which stands above all other modules. It mainly offers following features
- chart of account management and posting to the general ledger,
- bank account management and cash desk,
- account schedules, financial and periodic journals,
- planning and budgets,
- VAT and posting statements,
- INTRASTAT,
- homebanking
- and fixed asset management.
Sales and marketing
Module Sales and marketing provides features needed to manage the entire sales process - from sales quotes, through sales
order processing, invoices and credit memos to the integrated transfer of processed results to the accounting.
The result from
processing are sales documents, posting transactions in the accounts and created customer ledger entries.
The functionality of
the module is mainly focused on
- creating and maintenance of customer cards,
- price management and pricelists,
- ordering and invoicing,
- reminders and issued reminders,
- monitoring of sales and statistics,
- advanced invoicing,
- approval process of sales documents and
- repayment schedules.
Purchase
Module Purchase provides the features needed to manage the entire purchase process - from quotes, through order processing,
invoices and credit memos to the integrated transfer of processed results to accounting.
The result of processing are purchase
documents, posted transactions in the accounting and vendor ledger entries.
The functionality of the module is mainly focused on
- creating and maintenance of vendor cards,
- ordering and invoicing,
- monitoring of purchase and statistics,
- purchase advances,
- approval process of purchase documents,
- repayment schedules and
- purchase document book.
Warehause (inventory)
Module Warehause provides a tool for efficient handling of inventory and items. In this module you can set up the item
cards, with evidence of inventory by location.
The functionality of the module is mainly focused on
- creating and maintenance of item cards,
- inventory prices and pricelists,
- registration and request processing for purchase,
- inventory transfer posting - positive adjustemnt, negative adjustment, consumption and transfer of inventory,
- physical inventory of items and
- barcode.
Resource planning
Module Resource planning enables effective management of company resources. Production and project planning can
be based on the availability and capacity of resources. Resources can be included in project planning and costs.
The module
is used mainly for
- registration of resources and resource grups,
- resource planning and capacity management,
- keeping track of resource prices,
- resource allocation for individual projects and
- registration and management of trucking.
Human resource
Module Human resources provides information tracking required for the registration and tracking of employee-liability,
state of receivables between the employees and company. This module can be connected to personnel and payroll system.
The module is used mainly for
- registration of human resources and human resource grups,
- human resource planning and capacity management,
- absence registration and
- human resource allocation for individual projects.
Manufacturing
Module Manufacturing is used to effective work with production orders, bills of materials, procedures and
pricing. It allows to follow calculated and actual contract costs.
The functionality can be divided into
- production of product samples and production procedures,
- product cost calculation and creating of production order,
- updating and re-planning of production order,
- material distribution and work execution,
- reception of product into storage
- completion of production order and
- final calculation and operational planning.
Service management
Module Service management provides the functions needed for management of the complete process of maintenance
management. The staff costs, spare parts costs and consumed material costs are directly included to the costs of maintenance.
The module is focused on
- registration of serviced equipment and its history,
- management of service orders, prices and contracts,
- registration of service orders, contracts and performance,
- management and planning of maintenance processes,
- allocation of maintenance employees,
- cost registration for maintenance and
- planning and dispatching.
Jobs
Module Jobs allows flexible management of short and long term projects and different types of service and
consulting roles. It provides a complete overview not only on individual projects, but also for the distribution of
employees, machines and other project resources. The module can be used for general registration and invoicing of
work in progress, too.
The module provides mainly
- project registration and management,
- calculating of costs for individual projects,
- project planning and tracking related to real-time progress,
- tracking of inventory consumption, time using and other costs,
- calculation and posting of work in progres and
- dispatching.
